This event will be limited to U15, U17, U19, Junior, Seniors, and Master divisions with ALL athletes competing in the Senior division and distances (200m swim and 5 x 600m Laser-Run at 10m)

USAPM will be following a traditional pentathlon format for this event with further details on start times released at a later date but will all be contested in one day, January 6th.

1:00-1:30 pm: Swim warm-up
1:35-2:30 pm: Swim heats
3:30-4:00 pm: Laser Run Warm-up
4:00-4:30 pm: Laser Run Women
4:45- 5:15 pm: Laser Run Men
5:45 pm: Awards
